My first class back in South Africa in two years — can you believe it’s been that long? Whether you’ve deepened your practice or your mat’s been rolled up since I left, this class is for you. Let’s return to breath, movement, and presence together.
And it’s also the day after my 40th birthday! I look so forward to celebrating together with our breath and movement.

Join me for an accessible, breath-centered slow flow class designed to help you release tension, reset your energy, and unwind after your day.
Classes at the OSU Wexner Health & Fitness Center at the Philip Heit Center are usually for members, but drop-ins are welcome — and your class includes full access to the gym and facilities.

🇺🇸 Restorative Yoga
We’ll move through a gentle, grounding sequence that invites presence, calm, and connection with your breath. This class is open to all levels.
Classes at the Heit Center are typically for gym members, but non-members may drop in and receive full access to the facility for the day.
🇺🇸 Winter Solstice Restorative Yoga
As the longest night of the year invites stillness and reflection, this Winter Solstice restorative class offers space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your breath.
Expect gentle movement, supported postures, and extended rest to help you release the year and welcome the return of the light.
Open to all levels. Drop-ins welcome, and full gym access is included with your visit.
🇺🇸 Restorative Yoga
This final Sunday class of the year is an invitation to restore your body and spirit. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, ending with stillness and gratitude.
As always, drop-ins are welcome, and your booking includes full gym access for the day.
