Writing has always been an extension of my teaching.


The same themes that show up on the mat - presence, reflection, resilience, and breath - shape the work I put on the page.

Current Release: Words & Wellness

Words & Wellness was written during my years leading Remember Wellness Recovery Homes. Many of the reflections and affirmations in the book were shaped through real conversations, house meetings, and the daily work of supporting people rebuilding their lives.

Today, the book stands independently as a companion for anyone navigating change, healing, or personal growth.
